Keytroller 501 RFID Card Programming process

  1. Login with the Programmer card

  1. Clear the checklist if enabled

 

  1. Press Menu (F1) key

 

  1. Press down arrow (F3) until you reach User Codes Selection and Press (F4) or (E)nter

 

  1. Press down arrow (F3) until you reach  Edit User Table then press (F4) or (E)nter key

 

  1. Press More (F4) key

 

  1. Press down arrow twice (F3) to Add new record

 

  1. Press (F4) to Add new record

 

  1. Press (F3) Edit to input new Card ID Code

 

  1. Hold RFID card over the unit to input the RFID card code number

 

  1. Press (F4) to Save this RFID code

 

  1. Press (F1) Close to Exit this Page

 

  1. Press (F1) X to Exit this Page

 

  1. Press (F1) X to Exit this Page

 

  1. Press (F1) YES to Exit this process

 

  1. Press (F2) to Logout

 

  1. Press (F4) YES to Exit the Process

 

  1. Connect with the Software to the Keytroller

 

  1. Select User Codes Button

 

  1. Select Read from Keytroller and Mark

 

  1. Select row with the new RFID number (will be in Hex)

 

  1. Select Edit to enter the operator information

 

  1. When information is correct Press OK to Save

 

  1. Highlight the code or codes that you wish to write to the Keytroller

 

  1. Press Mark Selected to checkmark the new RFID code entry

 

  1. Repeat the Mark Selected until all of the codes you wish to upload are checkmarked

 

  1. Press write marked codes to Keytroller

 

  1. You have now updated the Keytroller to include the new RFID cards
